Returns and Refunds Policy

The TuffDog Co Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know about our returns and refunds policy.

1. Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thetuffdogco.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit via your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@thetuffdogco.com.au.

4. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
